Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our yard signs are fully custom. All customized signs with or without text and artwork are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom. Any accepted returns are required to be returned within 30 days and fulfill the return shipping costs. We recommend using a method of shipping that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. We will not be able to provide a return label. We will email you return instructions. Accepted returns may include restocking fees. Please note margins are subject to nominal differences, up to 1 inch. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your return. This does not include shipping time to our return shipping address. If a refund is issued, the amount paid for YSP ORDER PROTECTION (if selected) will not be returned. Undamaged samples returned within 30 days of delivery will be issued a full refund. Samples must return in original packaging. Please mention your order number on the package. Visit our Contact Us page for our return shipping address.

Any concern on the order must be registered within 30 days of receiving the product via email to support@yardsignplus.com. After this, no concerns will be registered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from delivery of order. Please email us at support@yardsignplus.com with your order number, photos of your order, and a brief description.

If your order is deemed to be incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well due to the inconvenience. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to support@yardsignplus.com. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.

If an order is delivered late, only the shipping fees (if any) will be refunded on a prorated basis. We fully refund the shipping fees depending on the date that your order is delivered.
