Order Submitted
Once your order is submitted, we will email you a confirmation receipt.
Processing Time
Our normal production time is between 1-5 business days after your proof (digital mockup) is approved depending on the delivery date you select. Please note that our delivery dates rotate at or after 4pm CST. Please approve your proof or request changes as soon as possible to avoid delivery delays. Your order will not be processed for production until you approve your proof (digital mockup).
Delivery Dates
We offer the fastest delivery dates in the industry for fully custom yard signs. We use multiple shipping couriers to ensure your order is delivered on time or ahead of the delivery date selected. These shipping couriers include but are not limited to USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The final cost (if any) for shipping is mentioned prior to submitting your order. For any potential late deliveries due to delays by shipping couriers, we will prorate or issue you a full refund on your shipping cost (if any). For orders greater than 48 inches in width or height, we may require to use Freight Shipping to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. You may be eligible to select Free Freight by allowing us to vertically fold or score the signs with one to three creases to fit inside a standard box. Please click the hyperlink prompt or leave a comment "Free Freight" if you would like to proceed with this option. We may also be required to use Freight Shipping for bulk orders depending on the total number of packages required. Please note that no indication or reference needs to be made. Simply submit your order and we'll take care of the rest. If any follow up is required, we will give you a call and send you an email. This includes if we require scheduling a truck delivery, or discussing any potential fees. Please give us a call for all bulk orders and we'll provide you with the lowest priced quote in the industry!
Shipping Address (P.O Boxes)
We suggest a physical address. However, we can ship to PO Boxes. Please note that shipping to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses may be subject to longer delivery times.
International Orders
We ship domestically and internationally. We deliver orders worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs. If required, we will contact you prior to production. All domestic addresses qualify for free shipping if order value minimum is met. Shipping fees are notated on our website. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may be subject to additional shipping costs. If required, we will contact you prior to production.
Track Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with your tracking number.
Lost Package
Once your order has shipped, your order is with the shipping courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other service). Any potential shipping delays or lost package concerns by the shipping courier must be handled with the shipping courier. Please contact the shipping courier with your tracking number for further assistance. Please email us at support@yardsignplus.com. We will assist as much as possible with your concerns. Please note that requests must be submitted within 10 days from the delivery date of your order.
